Outages and issues affecting a live site are prioritised. Please include the email address registered on the account and the site or domain concerned.
Billing and Cancellations
Queries concerning an invoice, an unrecognised charge, or the end of a plan should be sent to contact@one9x.com, quoting the payment reference from your receipt. Plan payments are non-refundable; the Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out what this means in practice and the charges that are reversed.
Abuse and Security
To report a site hosted on One9x that is engaged in phishing, malware distribution or any other breach of our Acceptable Use provisions, use the abuse report form, which assigns a reference and sends an acknowledgement — or write to contact@one9x.com with the URL and a description of the issue. We are able to suspend a site at the edge pending investigation.
Suspected security vulnerabilities in One9x itself should be reported to the same address prior to public disclosure, allowing us a reasonable period to remediate.
Grievance Redressal
Formal complaints — concerning content hosted on the platform, the removal of content, or the handling of your personal data — should be addressed to our Grievance Officer, whose name and contact details are published on the Privacy Policy page in accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and disposed of within 15 days of receipt.
